Introducing Malphas the Raven

He landed on Jade's top hat a few days ago while she was out for a moon lit stroll and has since refused to leave. He is hoping to make some new friends while here in town. He is on his way to look up a fellow by the name of Toulouse.

Louise joined Maia and Chew-Mee at Fire in the Hole the other day for some painting action. Louise didn't really care about the environmental message these two were trying to convey with their project, she was more interested in the paint fumes wafting through the air.

Louise submitted the name Cricket to mirror everyones interest in naming him (cricket, cricket). I chose Basil Rothbone becuase it sounded upscale. Gretchen suggested Prince Abstracto, and he does look like royalty. Kate submitted Johnny Treasure because, "Johnny got this amazing doll given to him by a neighbor who travels all over the world!" Biz-Killer Bee submitted Sir Pum-per-Nickel and Linda liked Oddlyenuf I. Haventwon. In a weeks time the poll will be closed and he will have a cool name!

Well after a few months without Chew-Mee Moore the Ladyboy Eel Dancer around, Louise is starting to think maybe it was not such a good idea after all to take a hit out on him/her. It's not that she really cares or even misses CM, her concern is that after she gets back from Iron Maiden on June 17 th her and Frankie Monkey are starting their own '2010 It's A Motherfucker Tour' and they needed a roadie............. HELL-OOW !

So on Thursday night which happened to be Wesak,Buddha's Birthday, for those who did not know. Louise had Zongo the Voodoo Sock Monkey make up a very strange brew of Red Bull, Sake, Dried Donkey Lips and some Duck Billed Platypus milk. "Ooh La la, do ya really what to know the rest.....?"

It was one of those rare occasions. Louise was in a good mood today because when she woke up at noon she found that the mailman had left the new Hoodoo Gurus CD 'Purity of Essence' for her.......

She even woke Dr. Fu Man Goo up from his deathbed to play a few tracks for him......

Then she went off to give the rest of the CD a listening to, so maybe it's best to leave her be to enjoy it on her own....

Tuesday was the release date in the USA for their new CD, that means the more sales here, also means the more place's they can play when they come here on tour. So buy a copy and don't be 'Wanker' and bootleg one.
