Finally, towards the end of the night, she realized her head band had cut off the circulation to her brain. "No wonder I got so high!"

Pimping and A' Ho-ing

Louise was so excited to attend the annual Pimp and Ho Ball held last night at Hot Licks. She was dressed and ready to go hours before the event was scheduled to start...

She spent the time rehearsing her pick up lines for the night...

Oh this is gonna be one freaky night, I even heard a rumor that Chew-Mee is coming back from the dead, now how freaky is that?

Bittersweet

Since they gave the ok to use 'Axegrinder' as the official song of the LSM blog we decided to add a Q&A segment called 'Axe Louise.' (Coming soon) Should be lots of fun. Now if we only knew of a Lizzy Borden descendant, we could really get things swinging around here, so to speak.

This photo was a mistake but it came out so cool just had to post it as is without any photobucket touch at all. Thanks again to Dave Faulkner for the ok to use 'Axegrinder.' Now another tune from their second album 'Mars Needs Guitars.'

Hoodoo Gurus

Back in 1984 while I was living hand to mouth, doing screen printing in a bread box sized office space in Auckland, New Zealand, I would hear this song played a lot on the radio. The song was called 'I was a Kamikaze Pilot' by the Australian band the Hoodoo Gurus. http://www.hoodoogurus.net/ I got to see them play one night when they were in NZ and got to see them again when they played in Tampa a few years later...

Decades later I gave my wife the nickname 'Cherry Blossom' as a tribute to the lyrics in the 'Kamikaze' song and I also did this painting called 'Cherry Blossoms Falling Down'...
I happened to find the Hoodoo Gurus on Facebook the other week and asked if I could make another one of their songs the official song for the LSM Blog. Louise asked, "Hey Dave, would it be ok to make 'Axegrinder' the official song for the Louise Slut Monkey Blog?" Dave said, "But of course!"
